Nice infographic. IT Staffing has come a long way, hasn’t it? Technology and social media has really changed the way we go about IT recruitment and staffing. Often, the key to landing a job is often finding a good IT recruitment agency to help. A good IT recruitment agency will spend time getting to know the job-hunter and their skillset. This means that the IT recruitment agency will now exactly how to sell you to the prospective employer. The mark of a good IT recruitment agency is a personal touch and this hasn’t changed through the times.
That is so true. No matter how much the technology behind IT staffing changes, the most important thing is that we remember that we are in a people-business where relationships come first. Thanks for your comment!
