All of our recruiters receive extensive training in networking, advanced Boolean search techniques, current technologies and relationship building. That’s why we’re looking to hire someone that we can train from the ground up. We have very high standards about how we do technology staffing and we want to train you to do things our way.

In a nutshell, we want to hire someone who will bring their positive energy to our team and fit right in with our culture of teamwork and cooperation. You need to be willing to work hard. Which often means interviewing people in the evenings and coordinating candidate meetings before work in the morning. You need to be a fast learner who is fascinated by technology. A computer science degree is not required, but you must be willing to expand your knowledge of technology everyday.
